The Langham Estate are delighted to announce that London high-rise developers, Sellar Property Group, has leased the Ground and entire 1st floor (6,900 sq ft) at Threeways House, 40-44 Clipstone Street. The premises will become their new head office in conjunction with the company’s ambitious London projects.
Sellar are best known for developing The Shard, London’s tallest building standing at 800 ft. At 95 stories tall, the Shard is nicknamed ‘The Vertical City’ as an ultra modern hub with a minimal aesthetic.
Sellar are starting construction on the new £775m plan for Paddington Square. Like the Shard, it will feature mixed use spaces for retailers, restaurants and offices with a viewing gallery.
Their new office at Threeways House will be redeveloped in their signature style. Plans include a new internal staircase between the floors that will give staff their own access from the Ground floor showroom.
