It’s a new shop and restaurant…Olé

We are delighted to welcome Spanish operator Iberica to their new flagship 4,800 sq ft shop and restaurant premises at 195 Great Portland Street, which has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment.

Iberica Marylebone is at the very centre of Spanish cuisine and culture in the UK. This destination venue not only offers the best in Spanish cuisine with seasonal gastronomic tapas, but also a delicatessen selling artisan produce and wines, some of which are unique to the British market.

The main ground floor restaurant is dominated by the 15-metre L-shaped bar, surrounded by numerous side tables.

Diners are offered a choice of over forty hot and cold ‘tapas’, which are served from lunch through ‘til late in the evening. In a relaxed yet dynamic atmosphere, simple cold dishes such as an extensive selection of cheeses and embutidos (charcuterie) – including the famous Jamón Iberico de Bellota, sit alongside classic Fritos de Pitxin, salads, sausages, bespoke tortillas and seafood offering guests a culinary contrast between both regional variations and more modern adaptations of traditional Spanish cuisine with a focus on Asturias specialities.

During the day, Iberica Food & Culture is flooded with natural daylight from the building’s ceiling to floor windows, but in the evening, the clever use of soft lighting imbues a more sophisticated and romantic mood.

Iberica is the only Spanish restaurant in London that boasts both a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin guide and 2 rosettes from the AA guide.
