London-based international design practice Openstudio Architects have recently relocated their office to the 5th Floor, 50 Great Portland Street on the Estate.
Founded eight years ago, the practice work on a variety of projects both for private clients and developers, engaging with architecture, furniture, landscapes and interiors. Jennifer Beningfield, founder of Openstudio Architects explains; ‘the work we do for our private clients tends to be more bespoke whereas for developers it is more commercial, but all our clients care about design quality’.
The majority of their projects are based in London and the move from their previous office in Belsize Park brings them closer to these developments. The positive artistic environment in the area was also an influencing factor in their decision to move to Noho. Their work has appeared in several leading architectural and design publications including Elle Decoration, The Journal of Architecture, Architectural Review and House Beautiful.
