We are pleased to announce that the UK-based producer of artisanal spirits and beer with a highly awarded ranged claiming 44 IWSC awards in 2020, Halewood Artisanal Spirits, has leased the entire 1st floor, comprising 3,600 sq ft, at Tennyson House, 159/165 Great Portland Street as their new London head office in the heart of Noho on The Langham Estate.
After an extensive refurbishment, we were able to create a Cat A self-contained office suite of the highest standard, featuring a state-of-the-art air condition system, 2 high end kitchens with intergraded white goods, fully cabled to its own dedicated coms room, amazing floor to ceiling hight with modern LED linear lighting, wood flooring and own toilet blocks with integrated shower rooms. It’s no wonder Halewood could not resist its charms and location.
Founded by John Halewood, Halewood Artisanal Spirits has established a global footprint across 95 countries over it’s 190 year history and currently holds an extensive international sales force, being it’s biggest export markets Russia, China, Australia, Canada and the USA.
Halewood also works directly with all national and regional wholesalers, major grocers and supermarkets, and all national on premise retailers such as Waitrose, Selfridges and Claridge’s to name but a few. Halewood Artisanal Spirits has become the largest independent producer as well as distributor in the UK.
Their vast array of products include premium gin containing over 35 labels; flavoured and fruity Vodka; over 15 Whiskey labels from distilleries in Scotland, Ireland, Wales and America; Rum from independent family-owned distilleries in the Caribbean; and craft beers of which they own two brands, Hawksead Brewery, producing over 20 different labels from IPAs to Stouts including limited edition labels, and Sadlers Brewing Co. with their infamous Peaky Blinder label.
