Paying homage to Noho’s fashion roots, we’re pleased to announce that Parisian apparel retailer, ARLETTIE, has leased a 5,650 sq ft showroom on the Ground and Lower Ground Floors, 13/14 Margaret Street. Occupying a prime pitch, the property’s ceiling-height glass frontage wraps around the junction at Great Titchfield Street.
Margaret Street will be Arlettie’s first permanent location in London which will host their showroom of luxury brands for sale. They periodically feature designers such as Lanvin, Elle Saab, Givenchy and Chloé with a diverse range of ready-to-wear, leather goods, and jewellery. Each event lasts for several days, by invitation only.
Arlettie have 20 years of trading under their belt, operating in Paris’s Trocadero and Marais branches. Until now, they have built their London exposure from pop-up locations, curating an extensive client list of 20,000 members ready to shop.
