70,000 sq ft of Commercial Space Completed since January 2022

We are pleased to announce a highly successful first half of the year, with 70,000 sq. ft. of commercial space leased or let within the Estate since January – a demonstration of the strong rebound the West End is seeing after the pandemic.

It is particularly exciting to see an influx of leisure to the area, including axe throwing brand Whistle Punks Urban Axe Throwing, which will open a flagship location that will become the biggest venue of its kind in Europe, as well as 28°-50° Wine Workshop and Kitchen, F45 Oxford Circus & Soho, Randox Health, art galleries Lungley Gallery and Omni Gallery, online grocery delivery Gorillas and SmileDirectClub. On the office side, we are pleased to see that The Langham Estate has become the first choice for film, TV, and media companies looking to move to Fitzrovia, with transactions amounting to 27,500 sq ft completed with businesses in this sector since January.
