IT’S A PHO…NOMENAL RESTAURANT..
We are pleased to have completed a new letting of Pho’s second Vietnamese restaurant, which comprises 1,310 sq ft over ground floor and basement at 3 Great Titchfield Street.

Pho opened in Clerkenwell in June 2005 as London's 1st specialist Vietnamese street food restaurant. Unlike traditional Vietnamese restaurants they focus solely on a small number of (Vietnamese only) street foods and specialise in the Vietnamese national dish, a delicious and very nutritious bowl of soup noodles.

Their focus is on keeping the menu short and sweet, which means that they can concentrate on sourcing the freshest, highest quality ingredients for their dishes and ensuring the food is prepared freshly and authentically every day. Nothing is frozen or bought pre-packaged, we make everything ourselves down to our spring rolls, meatballs and dipping sauce (nuoc cham).

Vietnamese food is (in the main) very good for you and leans heavily on the use of lots of fresh herbs and spices. Their noodle soups exemplify this cuisine; just like in Vietnam our stocks are made from scratch and take up to 12 hours to prepare - it's this authentic preparation that's key to the stock retaining all its goodness and developing its subtle and distinctive taste. So it's extremely healthy, brimming with fresh ingredients and very low in fat. The perfect comfort food, hangover cure or cold remedy
