Avanta, the service office company run by David Alberto, which has embarked on a £100m expansion with cash from new backer Kenmore Private Equity, has taken 8,445 sq ft at 10 Margaret Street, for a new non branded service office centre.
The property which is an attractive looking Garde II list office building, situated at its junction with Great Titchfield Street, was comprehensively refyrbished behind its period facade to provide a mix of open plan cellular offices, A/C, Cat 5 cabling, meeting rooms, passenger lift and ample kitchen facilities to name but a few.
