Jones Lang LaSalle, who acquired Langham tenant Bluu Solutions Ltd earlier in the year, have taken a further 5,350 square feet of office space in 50 Eastcastle Street on the Estate. Bluu now occupy just under 20,000 square feet in the building. Jones Lang LaSalle acquired the UK office design & fit out contractor as part of its plans to further expand Tétris whom it acquired in 2007. It is reported that the teams will merge and operate from Bluu’s existing offices on Eastcastle Street.
